1.  Contacts must be supplied in a format that can upload to the email management system, e.g. Excel, Outlook Contacts, Gmail contacts etc. Please contact us if you're in any doubt. If you have more than 2,000 contacts, additional charges will apply for using the email management system.

3. In-house training is available to businesses located within 10 miles of Ruddington, Nottingham. If your business is further away, we can carry out a phone training session. Training sessions last 1 hour max, not including travelling time.
